Research Site Perspectives on Sponsor-provided Technology

Now more than ever, clinical research sites are stretched thin, balancing the growing volume in trials with limited staff and resources. In collaboration with the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS), we conducted a survey to understand current struggles sites face, from startup to closeout. This report outlines key survey findings, and offers suggestions as we work towards an industry-wide solution.

• Site preferences regarding using their technology vs. a sponsor system
• Weekly site time spent using sponsor-mandated systems
• Site experiences with sponsor-provided investigator platforms
